The next few months will include a period of due diligence, a review of the fort, which is a former US Army base, and the finalization of economic terms. A signed sales agreement would then require various state, county, and local approvals.

The 289-acre parcel would be right behind Netflix’s largest production facility in Albuquerque, NM, which totals 300 acres.
