S&C Electric Company raises minimum wage for U.S. production crew members

S&C Electric Company, Chicago’s second-largest manufacturer and one of the leading innovators of technology networks improving the reliability and delivery of electricity around the world, announced this week that it was increasing the minimum hourly wage for employees based in the United States at $18 per hour.

In addition to the new base hourly rate, S&C team members will have the opportunity to earn up to $20 per hour within two years of working with the company by completing workplace development training. work to further accelerate their careers. This increase in pay rates applies to all current and future US-based employees, benefiting more than 2,000 employees and their families.
